Women's Leadership Council

Capital Area United Way's Women's Leadership Council mobilizes the power of women to advance the Common Good in our Communities.

United Way Worldwide's Women’s Leadership Council consists of 45,000 women from over 125 United Way communities giving $117 million dollars.

The Women’s Leadership Council works in our community to attract women giving at the leadership level who recognize the importance of results-oriented philanthropy. We engage women as leaders, advocates and fundraisers and create a strong connection through their joint efforts to enhance the quality of life in our community.
