Jambalaya Jam 2026 brought the Capital Area together for an incredible day of food, music, friendly competition, family fun, and community impact.
From the first jambalaya pots fired up to the final awards announced, downtown Baton Rouge was filled with the energy and generosity that make our community so special. This year’s event was our biggest and most impactful Jam yet, and it would not have been possible without the companies, organizations, volunteers, performers, partners, and guests who showed up for one another.

Our cooking teams are the heart of Jambalaya Jam.
Companies and community groups arrived early, fired up their pots, decorated their tents, served appetizers and jambalaya, welcomed guests, and brought plenty of creativity and friendly competition to downtown Baton Rouge.
