Michelle Hardy

 

Michelle Hardy has worked for Turner Industries for 13 years and currently serves as Vice President. Her leadership and commitment to our community through service on numerous boards, including Associated Builders and Contractors, the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and Louisiana Association of United Ways, have garnered her numerous accolades, including the Baton Rouge Area Volunteer Activist (BRAVA) Award, Capital Area United Way’s Campaign Coordinator of the Year Award, and the Baton Rouge Leadership Alumni of the Year Award.  

A lifelong learner, Michelle graduated from Louisiana State University and later received a Corporate Citizen Management Certificate from Boston College. Her education and experience have equipped her to expertly lead and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives. 

Michelle's commitment to community service also extends beyond her professional responsibilities. She is deeply invested in the well-being of the communities where Turner operates and consistently works to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Michelle and her husband David Hardy enjoy a busy family life with their blended family of seven children and eight grandchildren, who bring immense joy and inspiration to their lives.
